I can´t do streetpass relay in Pretendo

I Added a few friends and they are online, i put my New 3DS in sleep mode and nothing happens, the relay thing is down again? It been months i can´t use it anymore.

Have you used NetPass before?

NetPass “patches” break Pretendo SPR and they don’t tell you that.

It is easy to fix but I want to confirm if this is the case first.

How do you fix it? I can’t get StreetPass Relay streetpasses anymore and it’s pretty annoying

Yes, i use Netpass! I wanted more streetpasses because i only get 3 or 1 every time in Netpass…

  1. Reinstall NetPass from Universal Updater
  2. Open it, accept terms.
  3. On the screen for “Install Patches” press B to CANCEL this will revert its main changes
    a. If this screen doesn’t pop, it can also be accessed in NetPass settings in the program>>Miscellaneous>>Update Patches, then press B to Cancel
  4. Go into netpass settings in the app
  5. Integrations
  6. turn Pretendo OFF

This should restore normal Pretendo SPR functionality.

Also @MayorKittyCat , aren’t you using a modified Luma3DS from Level256? That can also break it separately.

  1. Update Luma from Universal Updater
  2. in the plugins folder on the SD card, delete the Level256 folder

I havent done it yet
Also question does the wii u crash log app include vWii crashes because i was playing MKWii with @ibutoru and @PizzaPizza72 but then it randomly crashed with the same buzz error
