How do you delete rverse on 3ds?
To delete rverse you need to find the rev.perm which is found in the 3ds folder like any homebrew app, not the Nintendo 3DS folder. And the other ones are the code.ips files which are Miiverse patches and are found in luma/titles and depending on your region you’ll have a different folder name “000400300000BC02” for Japan, “000400300000BD02” for USA, and “000400300000BE02” for Europe, if you have 2 folders that are not of your region, you can also delete it if you want. Remember to also reinstall nimbus! Hope this helps!

For the record and for others who stumble upon this topic either from forum search or Google/Bing/DDG/etc, when you install nimbus from Universal-Updater, it overwrites rverse’s files as both juxt and rverse use the same patch files (unless you use a http module patch to allow both in the same system).
In that case, you can safely install Nimbus with your preferred method, then delete the rev.pem file in the 3ds folder in your SD card.

Just reinstall Nimbus. No need to delete anything else now.
