I tried to streetpass with someone else that uses pretendo, so that I could get some missing puzzle pieces from various puzzle panels. However, I never got a green light no matter how long we both kept our 3DS’s open or closed for. I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks.

If someone can please respond and help in regards to streetpass relay, I’d really appreciate it.
StreetPass Relay should just work automatically as long as both of you are friends and your consoles are connected to Pretendo.
We’ve tried that with both open and closed 3DS’s and I never get the streetpass from her and vice versa but I’ve gotten it rarely from others sometimes.
@MatthewL246_PNID Is there anything else I could be doing wrong or they could be doing wrong? No matter how many times we’ve tried I’ve been unable to streetpass them and we’re both friends and both connected to the pretendo network.

Alright, sounds good! I guess the consoles were just taking their time uploading or downloading the StreetPass data - unfortunately, Pretendo doesn’t have any control over how often the consoles contact the relay server.
