How do I link my pretendo account to my 3DS?

I don’t see any options on this website nor the the 3DS to link the 2 together. Can anyone help? Thanks!

You can go to the Nintendo Network ID Settings menu in System Settings. From there, it’s the same as setting up an NNID!
