I can’t find my pretendo id and I need to to link so I can go on miiverse

To link a PNID, make sure you’re connected to Pretendo servers in Nimbus.

Then, open System Settings > Nintendo Network ID settings and link your existing PNID when instructed to do so.

I understand, but I don’t know my PNID and I don’t know where to find it

Your PNID username is the username you’re using right now on the forums.
