Hi, I would like to know, if I pay the Super Mario plan, should I be able to play online on Pokemon XY/ORAS?

That would be, yes. Super Mario tier ($10 USD)

However, we highly recommend DO NOT donate just for one feature of an incomplete game.

When the game is feature-complete, it will go publc, free, for everyone.

If you want to donate, do it for the project as a whole - NOT just for one feature of one game.

Also, one of the pairs of games is broken anyway.

I don’t remember of its XY or ORAS, but one of the pairs just does not work right now

Tester access comes as a “thank you” for donating. Nothing is guaranteed to work.

Thank you for your honesty. I will however pay and test the online when my payday comes. Btw do you have any idea when Pokemon games will be complete and public?

It’s literally only WonderTrades only.
