Hi, got error on installation on old 3ds

Hi,

just installed Pretendo on my old 3ds and got the 022-2571 error: The Nintendo Network ID you entered is already in use.

So I read your troubleshooter and I need to change my password, because Firefoz choose some incompatible ones on the auto pass creation.

Could I cntact someone to change it?
I can’t connect on my 3ds to change it from there.

You’ll need to create a new account that has a different name than your NNID. Make sure your password isn’t too long, though.
