Help with FULLY uninstalling Pretendo

My recently bought New 3ds Xl was clean and modded. I told Nintendo to change my NNID e-mail so that I could transfer data from my 2ds to the new 3ds xl. Now that I’ve installed Pretendo, I noticed I required an NNID to run it, and so, I had to transfer data. Now I don’t know how to fully uninstall Pretendo, neither I know if transferring data from a 2ds (which did not have Pretendo) to a new 3ds xl would make me unable to play online. Help please!!!

You don’t need to uninstall.

Just switch back to Nintendo servers in Nimbus and you should be good to go.

What does this mean?

No that would not matter on Pretendo.

Does the transfer affect or not…?

Affect what? I don’t understand.

system transfer
(20 char.)

But what would the System Transfer be affecting?

I mean, Pretendo does not support transfers, am i right? Then, my question is if transfering data from the 2ds to the new 3ds xl prevents me rfom using online services.

No it wouldn’t prevent it. Because a transfer can’t be done on Pretendo servers anyway. You would need to switch to Nintendo in Nimbus.

But I guess to answer your main question anyway for uninstalling, I do need to know if you have a PNID linked to the 3DS yet (for Miiverse). If you open Miiverse, does it log you in or give you an error code 015-5015?

Then I can give instructions for uninstalling depending if we need to remove a PNID or not.

No, there isn’t a PNID linked yet. I suppose I have to register a Mii to link it, yet I’m waiting for Nintendo to change my recovery e-mail and then register my Mii.

If you open Miiverse on the new3ds, it shows 015-5015 right?

Ummm, yes, it does appear.

Perfect, then this is easy to uninstall everything:

  1. Open Nimbus
  2. Switch to Nintendo servers
  3. Open Nimbus again and just to check to see if it says “Loaded” under Nintendo
    a. If it does, do step 4
    b. If it does not, let me know and we can fix that
  4. Uninstall Nimbus in System Settings Data Management

Doing it rn, wait a second if you please

uhhhh yeah about that…I had to install HB Launcher to run Nimbus, so it doesn’t appear in the home menu.
Note: My Nimbus is a .3dsx

Okay, that’s not a problem. Just open it in the HB Launcher. It’s the same thing

I was talking about deleting it, it’s already in Nintendo “mode”

Oh perfect. Then just leave it alone.

You’re already done!

Thanks for the help dude. I was worried about transfers and allat, but I guess I shouldn’t have! Thanks a bunch. Have a good day.
