Hi i have issues with Miiverse. The error code is 015-3060 PLEASE HELP

Do you have Rverse installed ?

is there any file manager on the 3ds?

Reinstall Nimbus and that should be resolved (make sure to open the app and press Start when you reinstall to finish the update process).

There’s 3DShell, but it might not be useful then.

This is not necessary.

Simply re-installing Nimbus and pressing START to finish the update process is enough.
