Friends List will not let me accept friend request

For some reason, it will not allow me to accept a friend request in Friends List on Pretendo. What is the problem?

Lol this happened to me yesterday, just close and open Friends List. Your new friends should appear👍

Update: Happened to me 5 Minutes ago and I had to turn off the console and shut back on
