Errors on 3ds and Wiiu

So as the title says I couldn’t get into juxt. On the wiiu it gives me the error 116-1028 “could not display page.” Amd on the 3ds it gives me “a communication error has occurred. If the error persists, please close miiverse.” I’ve tried trouble shooting but that didnt help.

What I tried on 3ds:
Making sure there is no rev.pem
Logging out and logging in
Reinstall nimbus
Checked wifi connection (thought it was the issue.)

What I tried on WiiU:
Reinstall inkay
Log out and log back in
Disable inkay and re-enable it
Checked wifi

I did everything I could think of and researched and these are the errors I still get. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your Luma settings on 3DS, make sure both modules and game patching are enabled. And double check your Aroma configuration on Wii U.

Just checked 3ds they are both enabled. What do you mean check aroma config is that the plugin?
