So when i go to change my user information, this error pops up.
Is there any way to fix this? or is it broken?

Can you download Wii U Ident from the Homebrew App Store and go to Storage info inside the app tell me the MLC Manufacturer of your Wii U?
the MLC manufacturer of my wiiu is Hynix (0x90)

that’s… bad news.
Hynix’s NANDs on the Wii U tend to fail much sooner than the Toshiba and Samsung counterparts. if you haven’t already,
MAKE A BACKUP IMMEDIATELY!!!
there’s not really anything you can do about a corrupted NAND unfortunately, so it’s crucial that you dump the entire NAND as soon as possible with an SDXC Card of at least 64GB, formatted as FAT32.
