Anytime I try to connect to Internet, my console gives this error. I’ve power-cycled the console, reset internet, moved the console closer to the Wi-fi router, and even manually imputed the Wi-fi settings. I have no idea what else to do. Any suggestions?
Do you have an external hard drive?
Rarely, an external hard drive can actually interfere with the internet connection if it’s sitting on top of the Wii U (usually moving it a bit can fix the issue).
Sadly not. Only ever used Internal NAND.
Are you able to get an Internet connection in Internet Settings and make a successful connection test? Is your Default network set up correctly?

It sounds like it might just be a problem with your Network, then?
Are you able to try connecting to a Mobile Hotspot as a test?
I tested it, it worked, but I also realized the problem.
A couple months ago I banned my wii u from internet because I guess I thought it was something else. I go to play it about 4 months later and internet doesn’t work because of my actions. Thankfully now it works. Thanks for trying though!
