Error Code: 005-4270 (PNID Account Deletion)

Whenever I try to delete my account, the error code just pops up. Is there a way to fix this please?

Same problem here, this appens on 3DS :confused:

This is because the 3DS contacts the eShop as well during account deletion, presumably to unlink purchases from the console. However we do not run any eShop servers

Adding onto Jon’s post above, you can create a Support post here to request an account deletion (you can’t do this in the Discord server).
