With Pretendo (and patches) enabled and a wifi connection everytime I try to access my PNID settings (system settings → nnid settings) without fail I encounter error 003-4199
Are you in Russia, by chance?
I ask because Pretendo uses CloudFlare for accounts stuff, which is unfortunately blocked in Russia.

According to Bandwidth, the error code name is “nn:ac:ResultFailedStartup” and it is for internet connection. Have you tried a different internet connection? (ik Australia’s internet is known to be trash)

Sorry for the late reply but yes I am still having this issue
oh also some work on my wifi has been done so it is now a little bit faster but my 3ds still cannot reach the pnid settings
I also later tried to access the settings again at my grandparents house (on their wifi of course) and was still met with the same issue
And you tried this? error code 003-4199 when trying to access pnid/account creation/linking settings - #5 by GamersInternatio
Can you try re-installing/updating Nimbus?
Do you have any kind of weird DNS or proxy settings too on your internet settings?

I have reinstalled Nimbus and now on my other grandparents wifi and still I still encounter the same error
I should be returning home in a couple of days and so I will test on my home network when I can
