Error 102-2160 attempting to connect to Pretendo

Every time I try to link my Pretendo account to my Wii U, I get this error. I honestly have no idea what might be causing it. My Wii U runs on RedNand, I don’t know if that information is important.

Can you try running a system update on your RedNAND first on Nintendo servers?

Hi, I did that, but my Wii U is already running the latest version and the same error persists.

Did you manage to fix this or is this still an issue?
