Hi, I’ve been trying to verify my email for several hours now, but it just won’t work. I’ve tried everything: logging in through Miiverse, using my Network ID, turning off the Nintendo, connecting to the official server first and then to Pretendo again, using NTR3, checking that the password is correct, the eShop trick, restoring Luma… and nothing.
I wanted to see if anyone can help me because nothing seems to be working. Just in case it helps, I’m using a Nintendo 3DS XL.
022-2613 isn’t related to verifying your email. Can you check whether your password is correct?
I am aware that 022-2613 is most commonly displayed when attempting to add an already set up NNID/PNID. Is your PNID the same as your NNID? Would you mind providing steps in order to get the error. I may be able to help.
022-2571 is usually the error code that displays when both are the same

When you open Nimbus, does it say Loaded under “Nintendo”, or is it under “Pretendo”?
Yes, it’s under pretendo.
Yes, i made two accounts with different passwords and check if the password was correct and none worked.
Is the “sofiahuwu” account, that you are one right now, one you’re trying to sign into on the 3DS?
Also, can you do one thing:
- turn off 3DS
- hold SELECT and turn it on
- let me see a picture of the entire both top and bottom screens
