SatellaZone is a 3DS Nintendo Zone Revival patch that allows you to access archives from different stores and restaurants such as Best Buy, AT&T, McDonalds… You can also access videos using the “LocalSatellaZone” version. You can be able to access Nintendo Zone without having to launch FBI by downloading the UsaPatch (which is for USA consoles only).
I know the project is primarily about viewing archived Nintendo Zone communities on the app, but is it possible Pretendo could collaborate with Satellazone to bring it’s own feed of Nintendo Zone communities?
The only part of Nintendo Zone which is really relevant to us is StreetPass Relay, which we already have implemented on our side. It’s a cool project, but like @Khentendo2 said I don’t think there’s much reason for a partnership here?
Yes, but remember that Nintendo Zone was a digital distribution service. Considering the Zone let people use items unique to the Zone stations to be used in games (eg Animal Crossing), maybe Pretendo could distribute their own DLC items through Satellazone?
I think it would be awesome if not only was Satellazone an archive of Nintendo Zone, but also a collab with pretendo with completely custom content and zones!
