I would like to delete my account (MgMarian1235) because I created it on the website and I can’t change the region and birthdate, neither there or on my 3DS.
And unfortunately, trying to delete the account through the 3DS give me an error (005-4270)

You can’t change your birthday or region currently on 3DS or via the website. Creating a new account doesn’t make any difference. All existing accounts can change it on the Wii U (if you’re using the Inkay method).
Do you still want your account to be deleted?

So basically everyone (except the ones owning a WiiU) is stuck with January 1st 1900 and at New York…
If that’s the case and it’ll be fixed in the future, I’ll keep the current account then. Thanks for replying.
