Clear MAC Filter Utility

Hello,
Is it permitted to use the Clear MAC Filter utility (https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-clear-mac-filter.515882/) while connected to Pretendo Network, or will the use of this utility result in a ban/restriction from Pretendo Network?

Just looking at it quickly, it should be perfectly fine? However I am going to raise this up just to check, I’ve never heard of this before.
