Changing the birthday date

Hello

I’m quite new to the whole pretendo account thing, but, unfortunately, even though i selected my correct birthday date while creating my account, it defaulted to 01/01/1990.

The Pretendo Network website does not allow for me to change it, and the 3ds does not as well

Is there a way to change it (maybe asking the Pretendo Devs) or the only way is deleting it and hope it works the second time?

Did an error code appear when trying to modify user information on your 3DS?

You cannot change your birthday on 3DS.

If you want to change your user info, you’ll have to create your PNID on your 3DS instead of the website.

I’m pretty sure the birthdate option when signing up on the website is just a quick screening measure tbh
