I can’t login on my WiiU, and I’ve discovered that it’s because my birthday is wrong on my Pretendo account (it’s set to 1990-01-01 for some reason). I went to change it, but it says I can only change it on my linked game console, but I don’t have a linked console yet on account of not being able to log in. Can the admins here change my birthday, or at least delete my account so I can create a new one?
Can you tell me what issue you’re running into?
It isn’t going to be related to your birthday being wrong on your account (sometimes when changing it on console you have to sign in again). Same for region too.
1990-01-01 is the default DoB that we set on a new account.
We can delete accounts, but I’m not prepared to forward this on considering I would like to know what the issue is before getting someone to process it.
You can create multiple accounts under the same email anyways.

That is not your issue. If you can tell the error code we can help you. 1990-01-01 is normal for accounts made from the website.
