I had an issue that made it so I had to format my Wii U. After doing that, I reinstalled Aroma, and then Pretendo. Now, every time I try to link my Pretendo account, even though I’m on the Pretendo network, I get an error.
Does it say Using Pretendo Network on the upper left when you start up your Wii U?
Yes, it does show when I start up.
And you get this when making a new user on the Wii U and linking the PNID?
is the PNID you’re trying to link @CptJackSparrow ?
Yes, that’s the one. It’s the account I made some time ago.
I know you’re logged in here on the Forum, but are you also able to sign in on the website just fine?
Yep. That works just fine.
And you’re trying to link to a new user, right? Not sign into an NNID of the same name?

Wait, what region are you in? Are you in Russia or something?
Because Pretendo uses CloudFlare, and CloudFlare is blocked in Russia

This is a user with no ID, correct?
It’s what I linked to Pretendo before formatting.
Still waiting on Support Helpers, sorry.
