I keep trying to make my profile have this topic as the featured topic but it won’t let me do it…
Is it because it’s in Offtopic? Never seen this happen before but that sounds the most plausible to me
It is in Offtopic but my friends @PizzaPizza72 and @ibutoru somehow bypassed that because they have Off-Topic Stuff Part 1 on their featured topics, which is also in the Offtopic category!

I recall they did have it before it was moved
That would be why then. Maybe only “public” posts would be allowed (and anything not TL0 is not considered truly “public”).
That’s why anything in Offtopic has a lock next to it

If I click on their featured topic from an account that can’t access Offtopic then it just doesn’t load and says “Oops! This page doesn’t exist or is private.”
Yup that’s normal. Because they don’t have permissions to see it
