Can i use the hidden octoling gender in Splatoon without getting banned? (Solved)

Hi, i just came to ask if i could be an Octoling and use Pretendo’s online servers to play Splatoon? for those who dont know, there’s three genders, Female, 00, Male, 01, and a hidden Octoling gender that can be accessed with a HEX editor, which would be 02, this allows you to play as an Octoling, this is different from “Replace all female inklings with Octolings” option in Cemu, as this will only make you an Octoling, would i be banned for this if i go online? as i technically needed hacks to do this

If it’s purely cosmetic and has no in game advantage, it should be completely fine.
