I’m in the UK, but for some reason, my account’s set to the US. I can’t change it. Any Admin or a mod fix this for me?
As of right now, the only way to change user settings is to make a new PNID from a Wii U or 3DS. You cannot edit settings for an existing PNID, neither from console nor web.
No, you can’t change your country afaik.
I’m in the UK and my account is registered to the US (you can’t change it from this) but my 3DS does present me UK regions which is confusing (I set South West, not sure if it’s applied on my account).
Hi I’m Ian, so I have the same problem. It doesn’t change when I change it in my Wii U Settings neither in my Pretendo Network Profile or MK8, it says USA Florida…
Did you actually confirm your changes? It’ll show you a message when editing it warning you of consequences and you’ll need to click confirm for your settings to save.

Also you can’t change account info on SSSL iirc, that might be causing issues
