I’d like to request a change to the birth year on my PNID, to 2000. I mistakenly set it to 0000 on my Wii U, and this is causing error 102-2421 whenever I try to connect online. As a result, I can’t access the menu to correct the birth year myself.

I see you’ve already posted on the Discord, I recall someone running into this in the past but I don’t think this is easily solveable. You’d have to get in contact with them to see whether they can give you steps???
We can’t change your DoB unfortunately.
Also additionally, I saw some users suggesting an account deletion. We can do that if you prefer but you won’t be able to use the same username on your new account.
