When I speak to Kapp’n, I just get the usual “This service has been discontinued” message. I got Nimbus and PNID set up, and Juxtaposition works just fine, but for some reason no in-game features are working. Can anyone offer some guidance on this? Thanks for all your hard work.

Is there a way to block players who use more disruptive cheats?
If there are people cheating/hacking (in any Pretendo-supported game/service), you should report them with proper evidence to Network Moderators by clicking the “Report a Hacker” shortcut on the left sidebar and filling out the form.

I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking (as I am not familiar with ACNL myself), but if I am extrapolating correctly, ACNL matchmaking is only worldwide, I believe?
Does ACNL even have separate matchmaking modes between regional and worldwide like Mario Kart 8 (for example) does?
But this is genuinely a good question.
It does have separate matchmaking. I think it might work fine on PN but I wouldn’t recommend going into a regional server really

If you select nationality, it will still match you with players from other countries. This is something I’ve already put on the Animal Crossing GitHub repository to be fixed, like a feature to set fake locations so we don’t have to save users’ location data.

I really hope this is going to be fixed. I miss the regional matchmaking feature from ACNL
