I have a problem with Animal Crossing new leaf and if I play even without online I get a shotdown error code and I have to turn off the console that is stupid because you have to save the game it goes then all last progress lost can someone help to fix the problem the game runs on an original game card not digital

That does not look like a Pretendo related issue. It kind of sounds like in a sense that the whole error prompt that should pop up there isn’t showing
This is a console crash.
If the process is crashing is hid, it might be due to Wumiibo.
If you have Wumiibo, you need to disable it entirely.
I had deleted Wummibo once but again you have to delete it again with Animal Crossing and yes how?
Did you use rehid? That might be why, Wumiibo might not the issue here

Yes Mario Kart 7 there it is normal then it only says error in data transmission no luma3ds error as with AC @Mayo4567
