ACNL 002-0152, plugin launched and fails

Hi, I’ve been trying to set up azahar with pretendo to access Animal Crossing: New Leaf and play with a friend. Once I finish the installation process and try opening my gate in-game, I get error code 002-0152. I have read every post in this forum category and nothing has worked. I am installing the cia, booting to the emulated home menu, opening nimbus, launching plugin and then in-game I get error code 002-0152.

I have installed nimbus v2.0.2, I’ve tried installing it both with universal updater and GitHub.

I HAVE moved my luma folder from my real 3ds with nimbus set up to azahar already. And as seen in a different thread, I’ve also placed the nimbus.3gx file inside of my azahar smdc/luma/plugins folder as one thread suggested, still didn’t work.

I also can confirm I am opening nimbus every time I try to launch the game and am indeed pressing Y to launch the plugin AND I get the plugin success message inside of nimbus.

However I do not see the blue flash when opening the game that loading a plugin should produce. I am not trying to use any other plugins, only nimbus. and I read that it is not necessary but I have set up my PNID anyways l.

If additional information is needed let me know and I’ll provide it. Please help me fix this issue and do not tell me to press Y because I am doing that, I’ve seen that answer on every thread I check.

and I didn’t mention it, but I am able to add friends and I am connected to pretendo servers

UPDATE: I fixed it somehow. I tried renaming the plugin from nimbus.3gx to “default.3gx” on azahar and that seems to have fixed the issue for me

Just note by naming it that, it will try to launch this now for EVERY GAME, which will cause issues in other games.

thanks for letting me know. I won’t really be playing any other games so that’s fine for what I am doing. Plus it wasn’t working at all without renaming it for whatever reason.

The plugin now loads which is what I wanted, but I am getting a new error code ,018-0201.

Researching it shows it is related to network NAT type, but I can’t seem to find a way to see the NAT type as through the emulator, you can’t actually configure network settings. The network is doing some sort of pass through to the emulated 3ds, it’s using the same local IP as my laptop, not sure if that could cause issues.

If anyone knows anything about this, feel free to reach out. Or if I fix it first I’ll post an update to describe what I did to fix it.
