just wanted everyone to be aware that there seems to be an outage in the account server. users are currently unable to create a new account. the attached image shows what message appears when the user attempts to create their account.
I’ve let the devs know in a Discord channel, but there is no ETA on when the outage will be resolved. please be patient! in the meantime, 3DS users can still play games like Mario Kart 7 without a PNID. signing into a pre-existing account on the website or other platforms also currently works as expected.
