So my friend is trying to get a Pretendo account but seems to get “Invalid password” right after making it, both on Wii U and on the website upon trying to log in. The password my friend created Is the same one that he is using and the reset password option is not working as he is not receiving any password reset either. What could be the issue here? Thank you!
I just tested creating a new account from the website, and it appears to be working fine.
Regarding the password reset not sending: He should have received a verification email after creating the account. If not, the email address may have been mistyped. If he did, I’m not sure why password resets wouldn’t be working.
Is this still an issue? If it isn’t, I’ll close it
