And once again, I very nearly forgot a Pokémon’s birthday until much later in said day. This time, it’s Duflor, a German Gloom.
I think December-March are the most months with Pokémon having their birthdays in. BTW, if anyone here is German, can you confirm if Duflor really IS the German name for Gloom, as a Pokémon species? Or is this just a nickname?

This is, quite possibly, the first time it’s been a Pokémon’s birthday but I’ve let them evolve without taking a picture of them first.
Today’s the birthday of this cute little kitten!
One of the moves it knows is Assist, and I know the move doesn’t OFFICIALLY have any in-game stats, unlike regular moves (“Power - - Accuracy - -”) but the move technically still does damage to opposing Pokémon anyway. And the little animation with all the paws appearing in front of the Pokémon right before it uses a move is cute too!
