A really neat thing I learned recently

When I plugged the computer speakers into my 2DS, it worked and there was sound!

I just wish I could’ve uploaded a video of it here as well.

Pretty cool - I believe the 3DS should work with any headphones or speakers that use an audio jack.

1 point for the 3DS, 0 points for most new phones lol

I wonder if uploading a video here would work, though. You should really hear how good the sound quality is!!

Unfortunately, it looks like uploading videos here is disabled. You can try something like an unlisted YouTube video if you want.

Oh? How come?

I miss having a headphone jack since my POCO X3 Pro died. I use a pair of USB-C earphones currently on my Pixel 6 Pro, but I really miss having the ability.

It allows the manufacturer to sell more accessories onto you though. At least the space is well used here on the Pixel considering I have dual stereo speakers.

I assume default configurations. I’m able to upload files on another forum.

(thanks O2 for dying as I’m trying to write this, it’s 1:30am and somehow 4G 2100 and 900 still struggles)

Yeah, pretty sure it’s the default configuration. I assume it’s just because video files are large and expensive in terms of storage and bandwidth.

I’m fairly sure Pretendo has some sort of file size limit set on the forums anyways, I’m assuming around 10MB but I can’t upload a DNG to test it (which is technically a photo).

Don’t have any large enough image files that I can find straight away.

What do you mean?

Managed to find something over 10MB and it uploaded fine, Discourse could be processing them though.

It’s complicated if I try to explain it (I usually don’t do a good job with explaining this), basically my phone is connected to data at the moment and is communicating over the 2100MHz and 900MHz frequencies on 4G. Sometimes it struggles since my provider sucks unfortunately (although it was doing 50mbps a few minutes ago).

Oh, sorry to hear that.

My phone is a Poco X3 pro,the power button doesn’t work🫤

I had mine for about 2 and a quarter years until the phone just displayed a white screen and never turned back on (this was back in February). I think this is an issue with the phone unfortunately since if you look at comments on GSMarena, there’s a lot of complaints about the phone just dying.

I’ve given up with trying to mess with Chinese brands (to be fair, Huawei was good but the ban happened), since they can have bad update schedules (which was the case of the POCO phone) and can be a bit dodgy. I know a Pixel 6 Pro wasn’t the best thing to buy, but I haven’t had any major issues.

if you put a youtube video link on it’s own line, it will work. trust me it worked with both my own unlisted videos and someone else’s public video

Something I recently (today) learned was that the Tubi Website actually loads on the Web Browser on Wii U.

The Ui is all whack and stuff, looks ugly, but the buttons work.

The video doesn’t load though…

But I think a homebrew for it (Like GiveMiiYouTube) would be amazing!!

Just putting that out there for anyone who is better at coding than me.

Look, just because I said it had good sound quality, doesn’t necessarily mean it was THAT good or THAT loud.

You should get an aux cable that splits three ways and plug each plug into a separate amp and run it to huge speakers so that the earth can enjoy the sweet sound of 3ds internet settings

Sorry for replying to an incredibly old comment, but it registered as a reply last time, but I’ve recently noticed that it stopped being a reply.
