That’s definitely not a ban.
But that screen is very odd…I have never seen it before. 
Hi, we confirmed this is actually a bug, it happens when clicking on Delete post on your 3DS

Also, note that deleting does not work on 3DS (another bug…).
You need to report your own post on Web and ask moderators to delete…

Yes! Imora told me this earlier, even! 
I remember getting that screen when I first started posting in juxt I thought I actually got permabanned when I deleted a post
At least the bug has been fixed. Deleting now works properly on 3DS and users can even delete their posts on Web now.
