I’m using pretendo but I cannot connect to online gaming any one knows what is happening?

1. Reboot your console and try again.

2. If you continue to receive this error code and there is no indication of ongoing maintenance, try the following:

   • Power cycle the network.

   • Adjust the MTU value to 1300 within the Wii U Internet Settings.

   • This is on the Nintendo support website

101-0102 has nothing to do with poor network connections; more than likely it has to do with the pinned
