015-5015 But the fix isnt working

When i attempt to go to the NNID Settings to make sure im signed in my 2DS crashes with
error type: Generic
process id: 41
Process name: act
Process title id: 0004001000002c000
address: 0x00148e6c
Error code: 0xe0a01839
i attempted this in both Nintendo and Pretnedo mode in nimbus. My 2DS also crashes if i try to open the eshop or go online in Animal Crossing

Try this:

  1. Open Universal Updater
  2. Search “luma” and download the Luma3ds “boot.firm”
  3. Still in Universal Updater, also search “Nimbus” and re-install it (no need to uninstall first)
  4. Reboot console
  5. Open Nimbus and press Start to finish the Nimbus update process
  6. Open Nimbus and click Pretendo
  7. Try signing in now in system settings
  8. Open Miiverse applet

this was the first thing i attempted when i got this issue because i kinda didnt touch the 2ds for 2 months and i figured it needed some updates and no luck

I am unsure what else could be causing the crashes then when opening the NNID settings…

@support-helper any ideas?

i got help from the discord and now it functions fine i just had to disable plugins from the rosalina menu
