002-0150 and then 002-0102 code appearing

Hello everyone,

I tried to install nimbus on a friend’s console, and it gave me a 002-0150 code, then I looked up online and saw that it could be ban related, turns out my friend used a Sky3DS back in the days ( like years ago ) to play MK7 online, and got banned ( no cheating involved though ). So thinking that I had to unban his account, I tried using Easymode9, going incognito mode, wiping NNID and running the unban script. But then not only did it not work, but now when I go check the error code it show 002-0102 only … So I tried reverting everything and ( dumbass me ) applied the Restore LFCS v1.2 script, thing I should’ve done first but didn’t know then, but of course it doesn’t work …

So I’d like to know if you have any idea of what I could do, also strange thing, I can’t see my friend’s Friend Code on friends, don’t know if that detail helps but yeah … We just wanted to play ACNL together.

For future reference, I don’t think wiping your NNID does anything since 3DS doesn’t require it to begin with and 002-0102 is not an NNID ban.

Is this on Nintendo Network or Pretendo? If it’s Nintendo, that will be expected as they’ve been banned as you’ve mentioned for cheating.

Pretendo doesn’t support ACNL currently by the way

Yes it’s on nintendo network, but the thing is the first code that was shown ( using nimbus ) was 002-0105 as mentionned.

Also no, it wasn’t cheating although it’s a 002-0102 code, she used a Sky3DS I gave her back in the days and forgot to not go online, got banned a few days after if I remember correctly. But there wasn’t any shady stuff going on I’m completely confident about it, she only had the sky3ds no cfw or anything special.

And well too bad for ACNL but there are still some games we would like to play.

Well no that’s the thing, I think I messed up something trying to unban her on the nintendo network, and that could explain why it only shows 002-0102 code even on nimbus now … Or maybe not I’m kinda clueless. Any ideas of what I could do ? Like maybe some way to clean up everrything

BEFORE EXPLAINING, WHY DID YOU REMOVE THE NNID?

First of all, 002-0150 happens when you have a different LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, second of all, how in the world a 2017 videoguide for Nintendo Network can work on Pretendo in 2024? Definitely a waste of time and just made your issue worse.

Alright I understand I messed up, I got recently into cfw and just didn’t know it could have a bad impact. Also the tutorial said it was still up for 2023 so assumed it could still work.

I understood my mistake too late that’s why I tried to revert everything but it didn’t work the way I thought it would …

Currrent situation is, she now has a 002-0102 error code everywhere and nothing seems to help. I reverted the NNID wipe using Easymode9 since there’s an option for this, and now I don’t know what to do anymore

Also I used the “incognito mode” to try if it would change anything, it’s a Easmode9 thing too, which I reverted too obviously but I’m mentionning it in case it would help.

Maybe I should wipe everything and reinstall the whole CFW ?

I recommend joining Nintendo Homebrew for help, hope they can find a way to restore your files for Pretendo

DO NOT UNINSTALL CFW, ANOTHER WASTE OF TIME AND CAN ALSO BRICK YOUR CONSOLE (sorry caps but really no one should do this)

Edit: UNINSTALLING CFW HERE WILL 100% BRICK SINCE YOU CHANGED FILES

Please, stop following videoguides and obsolete homebrews

I just really hope I didn’t mess everything too bad and that there’s actually a way to fix my mess …

A little update, tried to get some help on their discord but got temp ban for : This server doesn’t condone piracy. Consult rule 11. You won’t receive help for piracy tools and related stuff.

So yeah … I guess it’s cooked

Dont mention piracy tools (Sky3DS probably triggered it, it’s literally useless today)

Just describe about the LFSC_B issue

You are not asking for help with piracy so you are not breaking rule 11. Just dont mention it

Hey just giving an update, so I had an essential.exefs file backed up and with the help of homebrew moderators I got my friend’s 3ds back to work !

So I just wanted to say thank you to you both for guiding me through.
