I haven’t sent my code to Tomodachi fc exchange for a month or so. Now, when I went to the site it says " You have reached the reply limit for this topic". How am I supposed to share my code again?

I think that’s because you’re still at TL0? I’m not sure but that sounds like the most reasonable explanation.
If you browse the forum a bit more, you’ll get TL1 and get access to Offtopic.

No problem, you can see the full list of requirements for each trust level below (TL3 is slightly modified but everything else is applicable).
