Wrong Pretendo account - change?

Hi. You have developed a great thing, thank you very much. However, I logged into the Nintendo Network ID on my 3DS with the wrong Pretendo account and now I want to switch it. What should I do?
I had already tried that: ‘I think I’ve found it. Could you open up Luma3DS settings and make sure that Enable loading external firms and modules and Enable game patching is disabled? Once your 3DS has booted up, power it off again and re-enable those settings and the PNID should be unlinked (you should be able to tell if you see 022-5432 when opening up something like Miiverse). Then, follow our usual troubleshooting tips for 022-5432: Open Nimbus Switch to Nintendo servers Open eShop (if user has an NNID) Exit eSho…’ but without success, the network ID remains logged in under Pretendo, while it is logged out under Nintendo."

To log out of a PNID on 3DS:

There are a few steps, but they work to log out on 3DS:

  1. Hold SELECT when turning on your 3DS.
  2. Disable the first 2 Luma3DS options, then hit START to save.
  3. Open Miiverse, where you should see error code 022-5432.
  4. Turn off your 3DS, and turn it back on while holding SELECT.
  5. Enable the first 2 Luma3DS options.
  6. To check if you got it, open Miiverse again and you should see 022-5432 again.
  7. Switch to Nintendo in Nimbus.
  8. Open the Nintendo eShop.
  9. Switch back to Pretendo in Nimbus.
  10. You should see error code 015-5015. This means you are logged out of your PNID, and be able to sign in with or make a new PNID.

Yes sometimes it can immediately go to 015-5015 it seems. That alone already means the PNID is unlinked, which is the end goal. :slight_smile:
