Will Pretendo ever support sonic generations on 3ds and wii u

Will you guys support bigger games like sonic, and anime games like Tekken etc both on the wii u and 3ds.
How can one join the staff for programming and beta testing :thinking:

  1. All games wished to be developed upon that strictly run on the NEX Framework will be supported in the future, patience is key as the developers are mainly made up of volunteers.

  2. I believe that @MatthewL246_PNID has an entire guide to assisting with development. (I am not certain, don’t quote me on that.)

  3. You may donate for Beta Testing, donations are a great way to support Pretendo.

Since this topic has been brought up again, as far as supporting games, will regions of games matter in connecting on the nex servers? For instance I believe that どうぶつの森 (animal crossing) is a nex server game, but will I be able to play online with friends from another region like EU or USA? I know the game isn’t supported yet, but it is just an example. Mk7 works but back in the day regions didn’t matter while playing online.

I didn’t want to create a new topic for this.

Servers themselves aren’t region-locked; however if the game itself is programmed to be region-locked there is not much that can be done.

For example, MK8 has global matchmaking. But Yo-Kai Watch Blasters has built-in region locking, so JP games can only play with JP games because that’s how Level 5 programmed the game itself.

Oh, ok I understand :laughing: I’ll search if the games are region locked that I want to play.
