So i was playing splatoon after playing story mode but it says my wifi is down but im on it and miiverse works. Is there a issue thats happening that im not aware about?

That’s very vague. Are you getting any error codes when playing Splatoon to help us diagnose this?
I haven’t checked but it’s unlikely that it’s down at the moment.

I can go check in a bit. Ill boot up the game and give you some error codes i gotten. Also miiverses images on the wii u is not loading.
If you see the pinned post in Support, that’s a current issue.

Nvm its my wifi. My wii u likes to disconnect from the wifi a lot. My wii u is downstairs and my wifi router needs to be upstairs. Its weird because it shows my wifi name and its full bars. I dont know why its not connecting. The error code i keep getting is “103-1000”

I don’t think that’s a Pretendo related issue, error code certainly doesn’t suggest anything related to us (if connection test servers were down, then maybe it would be an issue relating to us but it’s not).

Do you have anything like an external HDD near the console? This may sound silly, but having certain devices close to the console can cause interference with wireless communications. I’ve had this happen to me before, I had my Wii U sitting directly next to my external hard drive plugged into my computer a few years ago and that was enough to boot the Wii U offline randomly. Well i do have my phone my switch and my 3ds. But alot of times my nintendo switch is off and my 3ds is on sleep mode for streetpass. And two more things by the wii u console. I could take them upstairs. Could that solve the issue?

It’s also why it’s also best to use any sort of ethernet setup, just remember not every ethernet adapter will work, research which ones will.
