when I added my pretendo account to my wii u and I switched to that account, all my games stayed. But some of them were in folders, but whenever I log into my pretendo account on my wii u the folders just disappear. I cant create any folders either.
Your folders disappear because it’s a separate profile. What do you mean by not being able to create them? You should just be able to click on an empty tile and create a new folder.
