You don’t delete your Old Account, just make a new one to testing..
The easyiest way is to Mod your Console with Aroma and use Inkay..
But when you create a “new” local account you wont lose any save from your
old account

I am concerned about this advice you are giving. Nothing is wrong with their PNID user, so why are you telling them to make another?

Ok Try to unlink your PNID from your “old” local account and use an “new” local Acount to link your PNID

This isn’t even possible to do. You cannot simply unlink a PNID from a user.

Meanwhile, I have raised this internally to see if a higher-up might have an idea of what is going on, or if this might be an SSSL or BOSS bug.
