Weird internet issues on Pretendo 3DS

I keep having this weird issue on Pretendo on my 3DS where my internet just constantly disconnects and reconnects every 2 seconds and I have no clue what the problem is. And it possibly can’t be an issue with my 3DS since the internet works completely fine on Nintendo Network. Here’s an image that describes what It’s doing when I try to do anything internet related:

As you can obviously see, it just seems to request the same 2 things multiple times and just doesn’t stop. Any clue to what is going on here?

This is a known issue still being investigated. There is no ETA for a fix (if there even is one).

From what I have seen in Discord, it might be related to the ISP (Specrum or xFinity?).

This sounds about right since I, myself, have a Spectrum router

I use Spectrum internet and I’m fine, this probably rules out it being the ISP, I do use Eero for the router, but Spectrum is where my modem is from

Maybe it has something to do with the newer spectrum routers because I know for certain I have a newer router because my Wii doesn’t support it

From what I’ve heard recently, this might be (kind of) fixed? Can you try doing a connection test on Pretendo on your 3DS and see if it works?
