Hi i got the same problem, when i create a mew account i put my pretendk account infos but i get an error. Ive been trying for some days. Maybe its a pretendo error for this days. Ik that this message isnt useful but just to let u know that your not the only one
Never use video tutorials for pretendo,go to the official website and do it
