How to I certificate here it seem it needs a tutorial but I can’t find it

Yes that should be with Discobot in DMs.
Do i have to appeal for something, write a command or wait for a notification?
TBH I am not sure. I may moderate the forum, but I am not sure how Discourse as a platform works.

I just randomly got a notification from discobot when I got it, I think you get it shortly after you get promoted to TL1

In private messages with the discobot bot, you should be able to start the tutorial by typing the following command
@discobot start tutorial
For me, when I first opened the forums, Discobot sent me a greetings message and I started the first tutorial by bookmarking the message.
Send a message to discobot stating “start tutorial” iirc
