I should also mention… this is my console, I’m the only owner, and it was vanilla until last November. I haven’t modified regions or anything like that. I just followed everyone’s instructions to the letter (at least to my knowledge).
Also, if I try to access Miiverse without an internet connection, it tries to connect, gives a message about needing to connect to the internet first to accept code of conduct, and kicks me to the home screen. All good behavior.
I tried looking at the process list and it showed two ‘mint’ processes as zombie processes.
Unfortunately, there still isn’t any news on this issue.

It looks like this issue just resolved itself (on my end). I tried it again today, and it just worked without complaint. Maybe it was a server problem? (…maybe related to the move to the new infrastructure?) Anyway, PureSauce35, can you check to see if you can access juxt now?
I turned my console on, connected to the internet, and selected Miiverse, did not work
