Hello, so a few days ago, i subscribed to the super mario tier 3 times and it just didn’t really work for me all 3 times and so i canceled all of them, i never really used them either, on the 3 occasions i was barely subscribed to them, like less than an hour.
But this morning i got 3 charges on my account unexpectedly, i didn’t realize that would happen, so I’m nicely asking if I’m able to get my money for all 3 of those charges, I didn’t use the service much either on those 3 times i subscribed, and they were all on the same day as i attempted again to try and make it work, i just didn’t know i would charge me unexpectedly.
But also, i would like to know if you’re able to do this, who do i reach out and where?
You don’t get automatically whitelisted on 3DS, you have to put your friend code in the testing-discussion chat or on the whitelisting thread here on the forums. I’m sorry you didn’t know about this beforehand, the FAQ isn’t that well advertised here on the forum or on Discord.

Oh, so when i subscribed, i got a bunch of new channels, and there was testing rules and one of the things it said was that i was whitelisted automatically once i subscribed.
This technically would apply to anything on 3DS that also uses PNIDs (aka, only Juxt [but I don’t think there is currently an active Juxt beta server], and maybe the Mario vs DK Tipping Stars game when that gets fixed and re-deployed).
But yeah, a 3DS friend code has to be manually whitelisted.
I just checked with Stripe, and this does not seem to be the case. There were only ever 2 charges, in total, for the PNID you are currently logged into. One of them was a duplicate (issue on Stripe’s end), which I have refunded, but this is from 2-3 days ago not from today

You might be seeing something pending, which will drop off at some point (some banks report pending charges before they actually go through, and then those pending charges just go away), but there was definitely not 3, successful, charges today to your account
Oh, yeah, so i just realized that 2 of those charges, came from 1 account, and the other 2 came from another account, as i subscribed 2 times to this account, and 1 time to another account.

But will i get a refund for the initial and the duplicate charge?
