This is about the 3 reply limits. Lets say someone does this:
ExampleUser: hi
he says the same thing another time but as hes about to make his final reply his reply is…
ExampleUser: @discobot fortune
and then discobot resets the reply count, Making him spam. Will there be anything to make discobot not count as a reply but still replies?

this definitely isn’t a thing for us. I’d tell you to make a post on https://meta.discourse.org but I’m almost certain that they’re just going to tell you that they won’t do anything.
Same for the character limit bypasses (please note that we may take action against users who bypass the character limit).

I am still so new to Discourse (and Discord lol). 
There’s a limit on most users where they can’t have more than 3 consecutive replies on a thread at once.
So for example, if I made 3 posts consecutively in a thread, it wouldn’t let me post any more. However, if I made 3 posts and then someone decided to make a post, I would be able to make another 3 posts just fine.
why the hell is this whole topic a solution-
